When he says “im your huckleberry” we know it legit. No matter how many times I watch this movie, this scene always kills me. I wish I could find someone like Josie. I am the way Wyatt was then... I have been divorced, I have been in bad relationships, In the end, there is no girl out there who will accept a man who has nothing to give. Who is disabled, who has a horrible past, and has nothing no dignity, no money, nothing to give. It simply will not happen.

Doc Holliday is a terminally ill alcoholic close to death who humiliates you and kicks your ass while keeping his cool and still being polite about it. Awesomeness personified. Tombstone hell's coming with me. I just realized that the conflict between Micah Bell and Arthur Morgan, especially later in the game, was modeled after the animosity between Johnny Ringo and Doc Holliday. It seems to me that most of the details for their respective scenario are similar, if not the same, but in a different context. Micah and Ringos similarities are shown with their arrogance and formidable gun fighting skills. A difference I see between the two characters is that Ringo possessed an intellect that was otherwise unseen in the West among bandits and outlaws. Micah on the other hand wasnt generally seen as a smart member of the gang but his deceitfulness put him at an advantage comparable to Ringos intelligence. The other side sees an ill Doc Holliday and Arthur Morgan who coincidently share the same disease. Both of their stories end with their biggest rivals in healthy condition lose to a sub-par Doc and Arthur. (I wrote this on my phone so I couldnt type much more and typos are harder to spot.
I've always thought this is a true classic. My favorite Western movie. And Val Kilmer was brilliant as Doc Holliday ! John Henry has always been one of my favorite characters, as the only really famous man-killer from my home state of Georgia. There was U.S. Deputy Marshal Henry Andrew Heck Thomas who became a well-respected and notable lawman from Georgia, one of Judge Isaack Hanging Judge Parker's 200 or so deputies of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Indian Territory. Also Major Robert McAlpin Three-legged Willie Williamson was from Georgia,who just after the Alamo became first commander of the Texas Rangers. And two,perhaps three Georgians died defending the Alamo. The huckleberry bush is a rather scraggly - looking, prickly bush that can hurt you if not careful. Once a Union Civil War commander described Missouri Maj. Gen. John Sappington Marmaduke's Confederate Cavalry Corps as huckleberry Cavalry (rugged,ragged hard-fighting troopers. And I can HONESTLY say I'm your huckleberry ! As I was born as Paul Bruce Huckleberry.

I was on the film crew of Tombstone for the entirety of the show and the only scene filmed outside of Tucson, Az was the exterior of the sanitarium in the last act. Tombstone jingle dank version. I swear to God if I could have recorded the next 2 minutes of what she said, anyone who heard it would have pissed themselves from laughter.
This was like one of the best cowboy films. You don't wanna cross my boi MrT on the dancefloor. There are dislikes on this video, I may not know who are these people. but one i know for sure. In context of today's opiod epidemic does anyone else feel weird about the entirely unsympathetic approach to Mattie's addiction and downright joyful narration of her overdose as Wyatt dances in the snow.
